Application portals open at 12:00 noon (we do not accept any applications prior to the dates below)
TK and Kindergarten Apps. for Siblings and Current PS Students Open - Nov. 4th
All TK and Kindergarten Community Applications Open - Dec. 2, 2025
Re-Enrollment of Current Preschool - 7th grade Students - Jan. 9 - 23, 2026
All New Preschool - 8th grade Applications Open - Feb. 3, 2026
A submitted online application is the only method of being placed in the application and/or waitlist queue for admission.
All applications are time stamped upon submission.
HOW TO APPLY:
Specific applications will not show up in the portal until 12:00 of the opening date.
Currently Enrolled SRVCA Families: go into your parent portal and "create a new application" provided that the applicant is for TK - 8th. Requirements are different from the preschool, so it will be a NEW application.
New Families:
Create an Account. You will receive an email to verify your email account.
Verify your email address and then log in to your account and "Create A New Student Application".
You may log in and out of your account and access your open application.
You will receive an email confirming accurate submission; if you do not receive and email, log back in and look for items that do not have a green check mark next to them.
After submitting your application, check your application "needed" status to see what documents are still needed in order to proceed.
Applications are sorted based upon the SRVCA Admissions Policy.
Copy of your child's birth certificate (TK - 8th)
Copy of your child's current immunization records (TK-8th)
The full name and email address of your child's current teacher (TK- 8th)
The full name and email address of the pastor/priest of the church you are currently attending (TK - 8th)
1st - 8th grade applicants: copy of your child's most recent report card
3rd - 8th grade: copy of your child's most recent standardized test scores
TK - K applicants will need to submit a completed Physician's Examination for School Entry (blank form linked) and a completed Oral Health Assessment (blank form linked) before they may be assigned to a classroom / no later than May 31st
Preschool families: completed AND SIGNED State Physicians Report (blank form linked) before they may be assigned to a classroom / no later than May 31st.
Once we reach our waitlist maximums for a grade/age level, that grade level will be closed and we are unable to accept any additional applications including those in progress.
Should we reach waitlist maximums prior to your submission, your application will default to inactive submitted status.
If you do not see your child's grade level, that means space is no longer available. Please complete an Inquiry Form and we will reach out if we reopen that grade level.
Please do not fill out an application for an available, but incorrect grade level. It will not be processed and it is not transferable.
